The Imperial IFS-40-E three phase electric freestanding fryer has a lot to offer, from the snap acting electronic thermostat which provides a wide temperature range to the direct heat-to-element contact which heats oil quickly, resulting in less absorption and better tasting food.

The unit's large cool zone reduces taste transfer by capturing food particles, further adding to the taste of the product, and draining the unit is simplified by the deep drawn bottom and full port drain valve. The cool zone also acts to maximise oil lifespan - substantially reducing running costs over the service life of the fryer. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
